HP Deskjet is one of the most popular series of printers from the brand, and the HP Deskjet 5150 is one of the most important in its catalog. Like the rest of the references that make up the series, these are all-in-one devices designed to perform all the basic functions demanded in the world of printing. The reason for its success? It's one of the most comprehensive printers available, allowing you to print, copy, and scan without having to go to a professional printing center. The HP Deskjet 5150 is intended for users who have no experience using printers and/or are getting one for the first time.
Regarding its printing technology, it uses inkjet technology, just like the rest of the printers in the series. What does this mean? It simply means that it uses liquid ink cartridges as consumables. To be more precise, it only needs 2 cartridges: one black and one tricolor (a single cartridge that contains yellow, cyan, and magenta ink). At Webcartridge, we have them available in various types so that each and every one of our customers can find the perfect alternative for them. Do you want them in original version or compatible ones? Standard capacity or high-yield? Buying them separately or all together in a pack? Any alternative is a good choice; you just have to choose the one that best suits your needs. Do you want to make sure to buy the consumables for your HP Deskjet 5150 at the best possible price? Buy them from our online ink store for printers!

Guide on How to Change Ink Cartridges in the HP Deskjet 5150
At Webcartridge, we are aware that changing the ink cartridges in the HP Deskjet 5150 is not always easy, so we want to help you. Below, we provide you with all the information you need to know to change the consumables of this printer quickly and easily.
- Before you begin, make sure the printer is plugged in and turned on; otherwise, you won't be able to change the ink cartridges.
- Next, lower the paper output tray, open the door that provides access to the ink cartridges, press down the one you need to change, and remove it. Do not try to remove the cartridge until the printer carriage has come to a stop.
- When you open the new cartridge, be careful not to touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles. Before inserting it into its corresponding slot, you need to remove the protective plastic tape.
- Place the black cartridge in the right slot and the tricolor cartridge in the left slot. Insert them with the nozzles facing the printer. Gently push it in until it clicks into place.
- Finally, close the access door to the cartridges that you opened earlier, and you're done.
