At Webcartridge, we take great care to ensure that your deliveries arrive on time and in perfect condition. That’s why all products you purchase on our website are dispatched directly from our own warehouses, never from third parties. This allows us to guarantee availability, delivery times, and that your orders arrive in excellent condition.

Availability

We try to be as clear as possible about our product stock levels. Therefore, on each product page you will find detailed information about availability and the approximate date you could receive the item. On the checkout page, once you’ve entered the delivery address, you will see a more accurate estimate of when your order should arrive, depending on the shipping method selected and product availability.

To understand the availability of each product, you will see the following notes on the product page:

In stock

We have this product in stock in our warehouses and can dispatch it immediately. We’ll indicate the approximate date you could receive your order.

Available

We don’t have this product in stock in our warehouses, but it’s immediately available from our suppliers. In this case, your order may take up to three more days than products we have in stock. Due to the uncertainty of when we’ll be able to dispatch it, we’ll provide you with a range of days when the product could be delivered.

On request

These products are only purchased upon explicit customer request and cannot be cancelled or returned (under the right of withdrawal). Regarding availability, they are the same as available products — not in stock, but we can acquire them from a supplier.

Coming soon

New products that we will soon have in stock, but have not yet received. You won’t be able to purchase them yet (since we don’t know the exact arrival date), but you can leave your email address and we’ll notify you once they’re in stock.

Out of stock

Unfortunately, this product is not in stock and we cannot source it quickly from our suppliers, so we are unable to sell it to you. You can leave us your email address and we’ll notify you when it becomes available again.

Discontinued

This product is no longer available and won’t be restocked, as it has been discontinued by our purchasing team.

Shipping methods

At Webcartridge, we offer two types of shipping: standard, which is always available, and priority, which may not be available for some delivery areas.

The delivery times and costs shown on this page refer to the United Kingdom. Since we ship to other countries as well, you should check the specific website for each country for more details.

In addition, when you go to finalise your order and provide your address, the website will display the available shipping options, their cost, and the estimated delivery time.

Priority delivery

This premium shipping service in Mainland UK is operated by Royal Mail or DHL Express and provides next working day delivery (provided the order is confirmed before 12 noon). The service costs £6.90 if the order amounts to less than £60 and £2.95 if the order exceeds £60.

This type of delivery may be deactivated and may not be an option if the congestion in our warehouse, copy shop production centre or transport company is so high that we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. There are times when this service is limited to a daily quota of orders.

We only offer priority shipping when all products that make up the order have the status of "in stock", which means that they are available to be dispatched from our local warehouse. 

Standard delivery

Regular shipping orders to Mainland UK are delivered within 24 to 72 hours by Royal Mail or DHL Express. This service costs £3.95 for orders under £60 and it is free of charge for orders amounting to more than £60. If an order must be shipped from our main warehouse in Spain, the delivery time is extended to 3-5 working days.

Shipments to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Scottish Isles and the Isle of Man

Only the standard delivery option is available for all orders to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Scottish Isles and the Isle of Man. Deliveries to these destinations will take slightly longer (3-5 days if local stock is available and 4-7 days if shipped from our main warehouse). They will cost £6.95 for orders under £60 and £2.95 for orders over £60.

Shipments to the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey)

For shipments to Guernsey and Jersey, only the standard delivery option is available. Deliveries to these destinations will take slightly longer (3-5 days if local stock is available and 4-7 days if shipped from our main warehouse). They will have a cost of £8.95 for orders under £60 and £4.95 for orders over £60.

Shipments to British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

We provide the option of sending orders to a British Forces Post Office address. Deliveries to BFPO addresses cost £9.95 regardless of the order amount and delivery time is approximately 3-5 days if local stock is available and 4-7 days if shipped from our main warehouse.

International deliveries

At Webcartridge UK, we do not ship to other countries or to overseas territories such as Gibraltar, the Cayman Islands and the Falkland Islands. However, we have dedicated Webcartridge websites for other countries - simply check the version of Webcartridge for your country.

Copy Shop Service - Minimum Order Supplement 

If your order at Webcartridge includes copy service products and does not reach the £5, a minimum order surcharge of £2.95 will be applied to cover the costs of preparing and starting up the printing machines. This charge will appear in your order summary and at checkout and is in addition to the standard or priority shipping costs.

In other words, you should be aware that you may see a small additional charge at checkout if your order with products from our copy service at Webcartridge does not exceed the minimum purchase amount required.

General considerations

Please note that various promotions may occasionally reduce shipping prices and are not reflected here. Also, the transit times listed here may be subject to change and may be extended due to high demand in our warehouses, copy shop production centre or in the delivery companies themselves (especially during peak seasons).

Also bear in mind that at Webcartridge we offer several payment methods, and the one you choose can affect when your delivery countdown starts. If your payment is validated instantly, your order goes straight into production and the delivery countdown starts from that moment. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, however, your order won't go into production until the payment is confirmed and reflected in our account, so the delivery countdown won't start until then.
