Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

eCommProjects UK Ltd. is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?

Depending on the form through which we have collected your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be kept for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is processed, or for as long as required by law. Once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee that it is anonymised or completely destroyed.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We do not intend to share personal data with third parties, except, where necessary to carry out the purposes of processing, with our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current data protection legislation.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

• The right to withdraw consent at any time.
• The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in their country of residence (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission, www.dataprotection.ie; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk) if they believe the processing does not comply with current legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unambiguously accept that this data is necessary for the provider to deal with their request; providing data in the remaining fields is optional. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for notifying any changes to it.

The CONTROLLER informs you that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. If not all data is provided, we cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER's needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection legislation, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD when processing the personal data for which it is responsible, and in particular with the principles set out in Article 5 GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the relevant information so that they can exercise them.
