Is it time to replace the ink cartridges of your HP Envy 5530? Don't worry; it's a straightforward process that will only take you a few minutes. Here's what you need to do:

1. Turn on the printer.
2. Lift the scanner lid to access the ink cartridges.
3. Wait until the printer carriage becomes idle and silent before proceeding.
4. Lift the tab that secures the cartridge in place and push it back.
5. To remove the cartridge from its slot, pull it upwards.
6. Take the new cartridge out of the package and be careful to touch only the black plastic.
